The SEETELHOTEL Kaiserstrand Beachhotel* in Bansin is definitely one of our favorite hotels on the island of Usedom. It is a very modern hotel and is in a prime location right on the beach. We treated ourselves to a lovely winter weekend here with friends, enjoyed the fantastic wellness area with sauna and pool, and took long walks by the sea. Especially in winter, the Baltic Sea has a unique charm and a very special air that is truly soothing.
The rooms are bright and modern, feature a sofa, a private bathroom with shower, a small balcony with seating, and some even have a sea view. There are also three restaurants on-site: Beacheria, The Sea Side, and the Grillhus steakhouse – so you won’t go hungry. 2. Boje06 Heringsdorf
Let’s move on to another cool hotel on the island of Usedom. If you love the maritime style as much as we do, you’ll definitely love this hotel. The Boje06* is located in the beautiful Kaiserbad Heringsdorf, just a few meters from the beach and the pier. Here, you’ll find 29 cozy “berths” and “cabins” with simple, modern, and Nordic furnishings and designs. Look forward to wood and steel furniture, a comfortable box-spring bed, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, refrigerator, safe, TV, seating, and Wi-Fi. During our research for great hotels on Usedom, we came across the beautiful holiday home Inselliebe*, which is located in Zempin and only 600 meters from the coastal forest and the sea. You can make yourself really comfortable here in approximately 220 square meters. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a sauna, a fireplace, terraces with seating, a garden, space for four-legged friends, and a truly dream beach await you. It’s best to bring the whole family, as the house can accommodate up to eight adults and two babies/toddlers.
We particularly like the attention to detail. Throughout the house, you’ll find beautiful eye-catchers, such as a hammock in the living area, a fireplace for cozy evenings, maritime prints on the pillows, seashells, and modern and stylish furniture. Our journey to beautiful hotels on Usedom continues with a stop at the Upstalsboom Hotel Strandidyll* in Trassenheide. Here in the north of the holiday island, the tranquil coastal village of Trassenheide awaits you with a wide sandy beach and excellent water quality (Blue Flag). Here in the private 4-star Marina Naturhafen Krummin, you can expect not only high quality, modern amenities, and exemplary comfort, but also the floating holiday apartments and suites. In this article, we’d like to introduce you to the luxurious and unique suites in more detail. These suites are located in an exclusive, secluded location in the Krumminer Wiek.
These four floating suites have only been available here in the natural harbor since the beginning of 2017, all of which offer you an unforgettable experience on the water.
