The small town of Ustrzyki Dolne is considered the real capital of the Bieszczady Mountains, the easternmost group of the Polish Carpathians.

The ski resort of Ustrzyki Dolne lies on the route of the so-called small and large bypass routes in the Bieszczady Mountains and is an excellent base for traveling around the Bieszczady Mountains. The town of the same name, the resort town of Ustrzyki Dolne, is the capital of the Bieszczady Mountains and has about 10 thousand inhabitants. This town is located in the valley of the Stwenz River, the only one in Poland that flows into the Black Sea.

The climate here is frosty and snowy, so the area is best suited for fans of active winter recreation, and the location of the town allows you to indulge in your favorite entertainment almost until spring.

On the northern side, Ustzhyka borders the slopes of the Kamenna Lavorta mountain, on the southern side – the slopes of Hromadzyn. In total, approximately 600 km of hiking and cycling trails have been laid in the vicinity.

How to get there

The distance from Warsaw to the resort is about 330 km, but the most convenient way to get here is via Ukrainian (130 km) by your own transport or by bus.
