1. South Africa

The travel month of February is ideal for an adventure in South Africa, because this is the peak of summer at the Cape. The region around Cape Town in particular offers perfect conditions for outdoor activities such as hikes on Table Mountain, excursions to the wine region around Stellenbosch, or relaxing days on the beautiful beaches of Camps Bay.

The weather is warm and sunny, but not too hot, and there’s always a light breeze from the Atlantic. Safaris in national parks such as Kruger National Park are also recommended in February, as many animals are easily visible in the morning and evening hours. If you long for sun, adventure and nature, you will find the perfect package in South Africa.
